The F Word, well really F/U….follow-up. it’s a dying art. how many times have you had to follow up with someone after they said: “they’d get back to you”. In client relations, this is a must-do. my biggest fear was having a customer say “hey, do you have that pricing/answer/idea, etc. for me yet” I know there are always exceptions, but my rule, is to never have the customer have to come back to you. it shows to them that you are giving all you can to make them and their needs a priority.
