I read that in a Harvard Business Review article. I find it reassuring. 99% of how I help companies, or what I do overall, is based on years of experience and who I am; not my years spent in higher education!

sometimes it’s not about the degree or college you attended. most of the qualities outlined, are not something you can learn at college. it comes with experience, what your beliefs are, and who you are at your core.
